Consumers generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases of goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

The withdrawal period for goods normally starts when the consumer receives the goods. Withdrawal can also be communicated before delivery.

Send a clear withdrawal notice and include the order number, name, purchase email and the product(s) concerned. Curluu will provide the applicable return instructions.

Do not send goods to the registered business address unless Curluu specifically instructs you to do so.

You may examine and handle goods to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Where permitted by law, handling beyond that may result in a deduction for diminished value.

Return-cost responsibility depends on the applicable consumer-law rules and the information provided before purchase.

Valid withdrawal refunds are processed in accordance with applicable law. Refunds may generally be withheld until the goods are returned or proof of return is provided where permitted.

Defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming products remain subject to mandatory consumer remedies.
