Curluu is operated by KS Nordic, Business ID 3644927-2, Linnankoskenkatu 13 A 9, 06100 Porvoo, Finland. KS Nordic is the seller and contracting party for purchases made through the store.

Product information, prices, delivery terms and applicable charges are shown during the purchase process. Completing checkout creates the applicable payment obligation for the order.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers.

Curluu may use supplier, fulfilment, inventory, shipping and other automated systems. Technical or synchronization errors may occur and may be corrected or overridden where reasonably necessary.

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable Finnish, EU or other mandatory consumer law. The statutory withdrawal, defect and complaint rights described in the applicable policies remain in force.
